I. GENERAL TERMS
・Please talk/chat politely.
・I have the right to deny service.
II. PAYMENT
・All commissions have to be payed fully beforehand if NOT agreed with a payment plan.
・The currency is always EURO
・PAYPAL only.
・The payment plan has to be followed.
・In all situations the fully rendered art will be send after the whole payment.
・No cancellation is allowed.
III. PROCESS
・WIPs (work in progress) will be posted on social media.
・A personal contact trough the whole drawing process is given.
・The time the commission will be completed within one month.
(Usually it takes me less than one week and head shots even one day but illness etc. can cause delays)
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
・There is a full satisfactioning promise!
・The drawing will be sent after several checks for mistakes.
・Any great changes after the completion will come with an extra charge.
V. COPYRIGHT
・I have the full rights of the drawing, which allows me to use the art for promoting purposes.
・You is not allowed to make money through the art, unless you pay the commercial price.
・The art is still my work. This means that it is not allowed to claim it as yours.
VI.REFUND POLICY
・I have the right to cancel or even stop a commission, even if it is ongoing.
Reasons can be discomfort, familial stress, problems with my devices and so on.
・You can‘t cancel your commission after the first payment so make sure to be sure to hire me.
・If you file a recharge on paypal while I work on your commission you lose every right you had on the artwork and will be banned off of my commissions.
